Review | Saaf Skincare Body Balm

The Saaf organic super hydrating body balm is just perfect for the colder weather that’s creeping in. My skin always seems to start drying out, my lips chap like crazy and my hair always looks dull and lifeless this time of year and it really does suck! With my trustee Saaf body balm I can tackle my drying skin with ease.

The body balm is made from natural lipids, essential fatty acids, natural vitamin E and special anti-irritant ingredients to create maximum smoothness and hydration. To start with you get the lavender scent but as that fades you end up with a very peppery smell which lingers long after the product sinks in. Now, this is the only thing I dislike about the product, I feel like I should be putting it on my dinner than on my skin, but I know that others find the scent to be perfect!

I find for the best results, after having a bath or shower warm a little balm in the palm of your hands and apply sparingly over your body paying close attention to the drier patches of skin (elbows, knees, hands, etc.). Instantly you can feel a difference in the condition of your skin but for the best results apply some just before bed and by morning your skin will literally be the smoothest you’ve ever felt!

So you get 150g of the body balm in a high quality glass jar for just £24.99 from, which, I’m not going to lie, is a little steep compared to similar types of products but it lasts a LOT longer and the results are greater than the other, cheaper brands that I’ve tried so in reality it’s totally worth it!
